Saturday at Gonzales Park in Jax Beach

Breastfeeding picture

We all know I am a big lame-o prude when it comes to breastfeeding. I always cover up in public... I can't just whip out the puppies... sorry Meagan, I wouldn't like to eat under a blanket either but mommy isn'y going to show off the goods... Anyways, i just wanted to share the adorable view I have each and every day when I am nursing Meagan...

Meagan's Walker

With Meagan's 6 month B-Day just around the corner I decided to finally whip out all Ben's old fun toys... Starting with his walker. Amazingly it still looks brand spank'in new.

Dora... I mean Ben the Explorer

Ben and I like to make the park an adventure... Today we made it a Dora Adventure... Here are some of the highlights
"Swiper NO Swiping!"

You can't see it but Ben is looking at "Map"

"Backpack, Backpack"

The North Bank

Yesterday we finally had a break in the cooler weather this week. So, I decided to take the kids out to the North Bank. I had heard that the city had done a nice job of beautifying the area along the north bank of the St. John's River over in Riverside but hadn't gone out to see it yet. Next month the Riverside Farmer's Market is going to be held here under the I-95 bridge overpass. They did a nice job and it connects to the already pre-existing walkway along the river that connects to Downtown and the Landings.

What a difference 1 day makes...

Yesterday @ 8pm about to get changed for bed

Today around 4pm

Meagan's first real cold... hopefully it doesn't develop into something more. Ben started getting sick after the zoo on Saturday... started with sneezinf and then runny nose, progressing to coughs... and it seems to be starting to die down for him. This morning Meagan woke up with a crudy nose and some sneezing. By lunchtime her nose was runny and her eyes were tearing up and by four the one was irrated from rubbing it. Let's hope mommy's TLC has them better super fast.
